Robert Van Winkle come up with this gem? Rumor has it that BOTH BVN* and Freddie Mercury heard the smash hit over breakfast back in 1990. One man was bemused*, the other spit out his Ovaltine*.

Trail Conditions:
Packed powder. With the limited base we are grooming less frequently. All trails but the Lunch Trail are open, but watch for dips and thin spots.

Warming Hut
The RFP Warming Hut will be open today 1:00-4:00 PM for Nordic ski and snowshoe equipment rentals.
Bringing your own skis? The trails are open from dawn until 8:00 PM for night skiing along the 2k lighted Coach’s Loop (highlighted in yellow below). Make sure to bring a headlamp as backup, and do not expect the Warming Hut to be open past 4:00 PM.

Glossary:
BVN: Head snow groomer at Roberts Farm Preserve and an all around Ullr on skis.
Bemused: be·mused (adjective) having or showing feelings of wry amusement especially from something that is surprising or perplexing. “... as distant and bemused as BVN listening to the prattling of the original Florida Man rapping.”
Ovaltine: According to its manufacture’s website, Ovaltine makes milk work harder by providing a good source of 12 vitamins and minerals in every serving, including 40% of the recommended daily value of Calcium when Ovaltine is mixed with a 8 ounce cup of milk. Drink up buttercups.
